Welcome to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.  Since its founding in 1935, the Chapter has been home to some of the profession's leading practitioners and educators.  The Chapter has over 450 valuation professionals who are committed to a higher level of competence and a rigorous code of ethics.  Our mission is to be a leader in appraiser education and to foster an atmosphere of professional pride and camaraderie.
